Lovely, fully equipped studio apartment on the upper floor of our house.

The accommodation has a very comfortable 140cm bed, a bathroom (with shower and toilet), and an equipped kitchen area.

The studio is completely private and has its own key.

The upper floor of the house consists of three studios dedicated to guests (Pampa, Cactus and Orchidée).

Access to this floor is independent of our home and is via our terrace with fairly steep steps to access it.

The studio is quite small, around 10m2, but comfortable and equipped for a pleasant stay.

ATTENTION: Accommodation and property strictly NON-SMOKING.

(For everyone's comfort, it is not possible in common areas.) 
 

PRICE

The rate is decreasing and depends on the season. To know it, simply indicate your dates in the booking engine.

The rate is valid for 1 or 2 people.

Deposit: €200 

The reservation will be effective after payment of a 30% deposit.

The full amount due must be paid in full 1 month before arrival, or at the latest on the day of arrival in the event of a late booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or in cash (on site).

Cancellations can significantly affect the management of our guesthouse which forces us to have a strict cancellation policy.

In case of cancellation: deposits are not refundable.

1 month before the stay the full amount must be paid (non-refundable).

In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival the full amount will be charged.
