Bedroom in the basement of our main residence, comfortable and fully equipped, ideal for business trips or other stays of a few days.
Attention !!!
The accommodation is located in the basement, so it is not very bright.
The height under the shower is 1.80m.
The accommodation being located in our home, it is not completely silent (noise from stairs, noise from pipes).
The room of approximately 15m2 includes a private bathroom and a kitchen area.

 

ATTENTION: Accommodation and property strictly NON-SMOKING.

(For everyone's comfort, smoking is not permitted in the courtyard or in common areas.)
 

Price

The rate is decreasing and depends on the season. To know it, simply indicate your dates in the booking engine.

The rate is valid for 1 or 2 people.

Deposit: €300

The reservation will be effective after payment of a 30% deposit.

The full amount due must be paid in full 1 month before arrival, or at the latest on the day of arrival in the event of a late booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or in cash (on site).

Cancellations can significantly affect the management of our guesthouse which forces us to have a strict cancellation policy.

In case of cancellation: deposits are not refundable.

1 month before the stay the full amount must be paid (non-refundable).

In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival the full amount will be charged.
