Lovely, fully equipped studio apartment on the upper floor of our house.

The accommodation has a very comfortable 140cm bed, a bathroom (with shower and toilet), an equipped kitchenette and a balcony.

The studio is completely private and has its own key.

The upper floor of the house consists of three studios dedicated to guests (Pampa, Orchidée and Cactus).
Access to this floor is independent of our home and is via our terrace with fairly steep steps to access it.

 

ATTENTION: Accommodation and property strictly NON-SMOKING.

(For everyone's comfort, smoking is not permitted on the balcony or in common areas.)
 

PRICES

The rate is valid for 1 or 2 people.

For one night: €140

For 2 nights: 90€/Night (180€)

From 3 nights: 80€/Night (240€)

From 5 nights: 70€/Night (350€)

From 7 nights: 60€/Night (420€)

From 14 nights: 55€/Night (770€)

From 21 nights: 50€/Night (1050€)

From 28 nights: 45€/Night (1260€)

Deposit: €300

The reservation will be effective after payment of a 30% deposit.

The full amount due must be paid in full 1 month before arrival, or at the latest on the day of arrival in the event of a late booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or in cash (on site).

Cancellations can significantly affect the management of our guesthouse which forces us to have a strict cancellation policy.

In case of cancellation: deposits are not refundable.

1 month before the stay the full amount must be paid (non-refundable).

In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival the full amount will be charged.
